Our Process

Submit an Inquiry

Start by filling out our inquiry form with your event date, location, guest count, and vision. Whether you already have ideas in mind or need help creating the perfect setup, we’ll guide you through the process.

Secure Your Date

Once we have contacted you to confirm availability and you’re ready to move forward, a signed contract and retainer payment are required to officially lock in your date.

Planning and Set Up

We’ll finalize floral palettes, signage, and all custom details to ensure everything feels cohesive. Our team will arrive on event day and depending on your package, create a beautifully styled self-serve set up or stay on site to assist guests and wrap bouquets.

Enjoy the Experience

Guests hand pick their blooms and leave with custom bouquets to take home. The bloom bar doubles as both entertainment and a memorable favor your guests will take home and enjoy.
